Great access to the beach and all resort amenities! I’m writing this to share my experience. We had a short stay here, and I wasn’t looking forward to checking out early. I called the owners and spoke with a very kind gentleman who graciously allowed us a late checkout, letting us enjoy our trip until the last moment. I feel bad that I forgot his name, but we had a great conversation, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. I look forward to using this company again in the future!

I called the hotel late in the night to crash and they luckily had a room for me. James was superb in ensuring my check in was smooth. The staff in the morning was helpful in providing everything I needed.

This a great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the views of the ocean can't be beat.

When checking in, the name on the reservation was not ours and had to get that fixed

We had a wonderful time on our staycation. Check-in and valet were great. The suite was a great size with very large bathrooms and a full kitchen. We enjoyed coffee out on the balcony each morning.

Wonderful Family Birthday Celebration We loved our stay at the Palm Beach Singer Island Resort & Spa Luxury Suites while celebrating my daughter’s and my birthday with our family. The hotel is very family-friendly with great amenities and activities for everyone. Our suite was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and delicious dining options. The only downside was that the guest member who checked us in wasn’t very polite and seemed rushed. However, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this resort for a family getaway!

Great choice fioa a family vacation. Rooms are comfortable. High end bathroom and bed. Extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised. Kids loved the waterslide. Would recommend highly.

James was fantastic. When Marriott didn’t know how to check me in, James bent over backwards to make sure I had the smoothest experience possible.

We had a great day. First, we explored the beach. Then we relaxed in the pool and had lunch before checking into our room. We were able to check in early at 1. Valet was convenient as our car was ready out front when we went to dinner.

  I liked the easy access to the beach and the pool was alot of fun. The poolbar was very convenient. The rooms were also very spacious amd clean.

Wonderful resort with friendly staff. Great location with bars, a restaurant and kids club! Spacious rooms hotel/condos! The beach is beautiful with crystal clear water and you can snorkel the reefs right in front of the hotel!

  Great resort, would suggest bench or chairs in first level bathroom for guest that are checked out but allowed to use the pool until leaving.

  Great onsite restaurant and kitchen in rooms don’t really need to leave for other things.

This place was perfect for our family beach getaway. We stayed on the top floor, which was absolutely beautiful for the views, but a little inconvenient since there are only two elevators. Every time we went down to the pool/ beach there were multiple stops, which took a little time. The room was beautiful, fully equipped for all your needs even a washer dryer Which is so helpful with all the sand and wet suits and clothes from the beach. The only thing I would do different next time is stay on a lower floor so I could use the stairs. I would also suggest a bigger trashcan in the kitchen or more trash cans around the room. They fill up very quickly with families and there’s nowhere to take a full bag. Otherwise, I will absolutely stay again. There was zero reason to leave the resort the entire time.

  Not a lot to do nearby, but there’s really no reason to leave the resort everything you have is there. WPB is close and nightlife is pretty fun there

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Our 2 bed/2 bath suite was spacious and clean and well stocked, though we mostly took advantage of the restaurant and beachside service and did not use the kitchen as much as we could have! We especially loved the flags with the beach chairs that you could raise to indicate your desire for service. We also each had a massage while we were there and were very pleased with our experience. I highly recommend the Palm Beach Singer Island resort and will bring my husband (who is very picky and I know will love it!) as soon as possible.

  More employees for the beach service. We felt really bad for the one lovely lady who seemed to be the only one working on the beach.

  We enjoyed dinner and drinks at The Breakers. Their dirty martinis with hand stuffed blue cheese olives are so good that we went twice!

Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view. The beach was lovely, not too crowded and very close walk from the hotel. The pools were nice and we were able to get chairs most of our stay. The poolside food was very good and our server, Osama, was very kind and generous. We would stay there again if we had the chance.

  It was a short weekend and I spent most time in Wellington due to the equestrian activities. I just used the beach once for a long walk.

Beautiful pool, beautiful beach. Love he tiki bar and the restaurant has definitely upgraded its' menu. Osama, James and Michele are wonderful at the bar and Sean is great at conierge. Siobhan? valet excellent as well.. Only one not so nice staff ember - I think his name might be Erin? at inside bar... Just a sour person, not nice to staff.

My family and i had the best time so fun for kids with two pools beach and even a kids club. Loved the tiki bar james is the best and all of the staff was so nice. Definitely going back every year.

The room was excellent, like living in a suite but with all the comforts of home. Staff was friendly and quick to answer any questions and help us with reservations. The location is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The in-room dining was fantastic, as was the downstairs breakfast. The staff even sent us champagne and strawberries when they found out we were on an honeymoon. Our valet Dom was a pleasure to be around. We had a great honeymoon, and will be returning!

Love the Spa!

Short trip for us this time but found it very nice and will return with family.

This was the highlight of my family’s vacation all around southern Florida. Incredible beach, pools , and staff. The whole family loved this resort.

  Food & drinks were expensive.

We stayed in a suite on the top floor. The privately owned room had a full kitchen and plenty of plates/glasses/utensils/etc., which made it perfect for a trip with kids. The views from the windows and balcony were beautiful and the facility was generally excellent. Our kids loved both the pool with the waterslide and the beach. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center was a short 12 minute car ride away and was perfect for young children. We highly recommend everything about this hotel!

We enjoyed everything from the checking in to the departure! It was exciting & memorable. Excellent facility & everyone was so welcoming. We're hoping to catch a good rate to come back again because it was definitely worth it!

Amazing location, very large suite, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We asked for a crib, got it right away. Asked for assistance for a number of things, no issue at all. Asked for late checkout, got it. Very accommodating staff in every department.

The hotel was nice, however there are a few things that we did not like. The room is a partial beach view. None of the doors locks worked. In fact the second day of our stay we got locked out of our room and had to have security change out the lock, which would not have been a problem, if security did not take 30 mins to fix it. My children had to use the bathroom very badly and we had to wait, while security literally took his time trying to fix the lock. No urgency on his part, even when he saw us sitting in the floor outside our room. Lastly, this place only has valet which was not told to me upfront and it was an added fee after check-in. Other than that it was a nice stay with beautiful views.

We were pleasantly surprised throughout our entire stay. The service was consistently terrific from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Between the beach, pool, and other common areas, our kids stayed busy and happy the entire time. We weren’t familiar with Palm Beach but were definitely looking forward to a return.

Excellent resort. The restaurant on site was very good. Beach cabana boys Dominique and Michael were fantastic - Jan the person that arranges everything poolside went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and had everything we needed. This is a place we will return to.

Great place to stay. Family loved it! Valet was easy arriving and departing. Although they didn’t have enough luggage carts. Front desk was able to accommodate an early check in at 1pm. The beach and pool access was wonderful . The kids had a blast on the waterslide. They even let little ones go down with adults which was great for our 4 year old. The guys working at the beach setting up chairs, umbrellas, taking food & drink orders were very helpful. The hotel itself is nice & clean but you can tell it’s getting run down a bit with the high volume of guests and typical wear and tear. The food is a bit over priced but we enjoyed all our meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner). I liked that there was a Starbucks coffee & gift shop in the lobby. The room was perfect for us. We had a king size bed and pullout couch for the kids. The bedroom was separated by a partial wall which was nice. Full kitchen, huge Roman bathtub and walk in shower. Closet was a bit small but we had a short stay so it didn’t bother us. All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Old Friends get together ends with a great trip and a bonus of meeting new friends!! The property is well maintained and the 2 bedroom corner suites are plenty of room for friends and family (even if the snore). Pool & Beach were great and Starbucks on site was key! We will be back

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, las vistas excelentes, la ubicación también, el staff super nice. Lo unico que no me parece bien es tener que pagar 35 por día para poder usar las reposeras y sombrillas de las playas, que siendo un hotel sobre la playa y costoso debería incluirlo, ademas que es un época en la que llueve, uno paga un rate por todo el día y luego no puede usarlo mas que unas horas...el desayuno también nos pareció caro para lo que es. El resto es muy bueno.

Excelent, specially for family holidays

James from guest services was awesome. We asked for an early check in and James helped us. When he we checked in our room it was not what I booked. I called guest services and James changed me to another room right away and it was beautiful. On our last day we called to see if we could get a later check out and once again James accommodated. We also used the Kids activity room and Joshua the director was amazing with our kids. Our girls had the best time thanks to Joshua.

Good service, beautiful beach

My wife and I took a 2 day vacation from Jacksonville Florida and the convenience of this hotel right on the beach with a pool as well has met our expectations. We will definitely be coming back!

  The beach here is amazing

The accommodations are lovely. Having a washer and dryer is a major convenience. We stayed on floor 20 and could see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The condo was cleaned by the staff which delighted me! The ground are superb and are close to the beach. Pool areas were extremely nice and lots of fun was had. The breezeway had adequate seating for groups to gather and enjoy. Starbucks and restaurant were an added plus. We were so close to the ballpark but other than going there, we really did not need to leave the resort. Not to mention the SPA!!! I could go on and on. Try it for yourself. It does not disappoint.

We love visiting Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. We have been visiting this hotel for over 12 years. The hotel is beautiful, clean and is always kept in very good conditions. The staff is very friendly and cordial. They always greet you with a smile and are ready to help you in any way they can. Our kids enjoy the pools and the games. There are very nice dining options around. We had a great time with the family.

Loved this resort and the room we stayed in.

We were overall satisfied with location, service and cleanliness of the room. We were disappointed that access to the spa was restricted to guests on the weekends.

My biggest problem was being told my vehicle was too not to park at hotel, fair enough. But valet offered no solution at first, then said I could go to hotel next door and pay to park there. So that's what we did, then walked a quarter mile back to our hotel with bags in hand. I told front desk how upsetting this was and was told valet is separate from hotel so if thats what they told me then that's that. And maybe if I was staying more than one night.... At that point I realized I was wasting my breath and just went to my room. Room was on penthouse level and we outdated. Kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Breakfast buffet was good. Beach access was incredible.

We loved the rooms at this property - much roomier than the nearby Ocean Pointe. The Lagoon Pool with a waterslide was a total hit with my kiddos! The staff couldn't have been kinder - Cyprie, Osama, Luis - THANK YOU!!! We will be back!

We have been staying at this hotel for many years -- we always come back here because we love the environment, the quiet community and the amazing food at the restaurants and we truly love the folks out by the pool service, especially. Osama, Jody, Chris, Roberto and Rob by the pools are awesome -- as well as Cyprie the bellman and Zubar, Anthony and Kelly at 3800 Ocean. We truly love this hotel and the amazing beaches and pools. We will absolutely be back!

The place was great! Separate pool geared towards adults and a kids area with slide and plenty of shade. Food and drinks were great! Direct access to beach. Huge rooms with nice balcony!

Early check in was taken care of!

Enjoyed our stay mostly but was pretty disappointed that we were required to valet our car. I have no issues paying for parking, but having to wait for the valet every time we went somewhere or returned was frustrating. However, most employees were very nice and we enjoyed the use of the facilities.

Highly recommend! We have 4 children (10 and younger) and everyone had a great time! The entire staff (valet, front desk, pool, beach hut, coffee shop) was extremely nice and awesome. The hotel has great beach access and great pools. Love the bar and music at the family pool with the waterslide. We ended up eating breakfast every morning downstairs at the coffee shop because the danishes were delicious. We thought the location was great.

  The music at the beach bonfire had a lot of cuss words not appropriate for children, but we loved the bonfire other than that.

Excellent service and in particular the valet service. Automobile was able even when we provided very short notice.

I must say everything about this hotel was top notch! We rented out the presidential penthouse suite for our daughter’s “Murder Mystery at the Manor” 14h birthday party in December. Not only could everyone not stop commenting on the party but the accommodations really took her party to the next level. Our first encounter with the hotel booking of this privately owned residence was with James who was super helpful, informative and very pleasant to work with. Upon arrival, we met Adam in valet who helped us with our vehicle and was always prompt and courteous. Next we had the pleasure of meeting Cyprie, who unloaded the car and handled all of our things with such great care and pointed out all the amenities the hotel had to offer as we made our way to check in where we met Michael. He was very pleasant and assured us we would have a great time and we sure did. Cyprie then escorted us up to our suite on the 21st floor. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Frank in concierge, who let us know anything we needed was a phone call away. It turns out he worked at the hotel when my husband and I got married here 14 years ago. What a great memory!. The pool with the slides were my daughters and her friends highlight of the stay while the views of the ocean and intercostal waterway seen from every room were mine and my husbands favorite. The cleaning people were very attentive and make sure we had enough fresh towels and toiletries!! Everyone was great. We’ll definitely be back!!

My husband daughter and I stayed 3 days here and were very pleased. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The view from our room was amazing. The pastry shop in the lobby served freshly baked items that were delicious. We had a terrific time.

We were in town last minute and had the most amazing stay. The views were incredible. Guest services went above and beyond with early check in & late check out- making sure our stay was as smooth as possible

We booked as we drive up to Singer Island. The team, specifically James was fantastic. Got us a 2 bedroom suite immediately at a great rate. My wife and 2 girls (3&7) lived it. The pools, beach and amenities are fantastic. The room was large, clean and had a great view of the bay and the ocean. Staff was great and food was excellent. Nothing bad to say, will absolutely return!

  Went to a great art fair and farmers market on Clematis just 15-30 minutes away. Great location.

I'm sitting on my 18th floor balcony overlooking the green space of a park next to the hotel, watching, and listening to, the waves roll on to the beach. I shift my gaze to the left and see miles of the beautiful inland waterways. As always, the rooms are clean and luxurious, we have everything we need. The resort facilities are top of the line and a large part of why we keep coming back. I think that I'm going to extend my stay...

  The hotel is largely self contained witj a wonderful spa and restaurant. Singer island is quiet with some shops and restaurants.

I pick the right place to celebrate my boyfriend birthday. We both was very Happy and satisfied with our Oceanview room, the view was amazing,, the room was clean,smell clean, Staff was awesome, quick check in, valet was awesome the gentleman's move very quickly to assist with valet parking my vehicle for me. I was a little nervous at first about letting valet park my vehicle due to I didn't want him to hit a curve and scrape my rims being that my boyfriend just wash my Corvette so beautifully. Valet parking have very good train drivers to park your vehicle that is a five star everything was EXCELLENT.

  3800 Ocean Restaurant on property is wonderful, Sailfish Marina is perfect, Lemoncello or Zuccerelli’s are authentic Italian.

The booking online was very easy, and I had the option of paying the resort fee. The suites are very large, and the kitchen was a huge help to prepare our own breakfast and snacks. Two pools separately located were a huge hit! The adults could lounge in the adult pool and the kiddos enjoyed the water slide! I look forward to coming back to the resort soon!

Fantastic accommodation for our family of 4. The two bedroom suite was ideal, comfortable and spacious. Good kitchen facilities together with washer and dryer. Lovely location on the beach.

We had a great stay. The biggest downside was the kids pool with the slide was down during our stay. The restaurant was overprice but the staff was great, the hotel was very clean, the gym was nice and the kids club activities were fun.

My family was given an evacuation notice and left for West Palm Beach. Our original hotel would not take us in. Palm Beach Singer Island Resort and Spa did. My entire family is extremely grateful for their hospitality.

Staff was professional and kind. The restaurant food was delicious especially the breakfast options. The hotel was very clean and had beautiful views of the ocean.

We have been enjoying staying at the Palm Beach Singer Island Resort and Spa several times a year now for three years. It’s definitely our favorite getaway location! The rooms are amazing and the service is excellent and the amenities are outstanding. This is the most beautiful beach location in Palm Beach County. We really love the full kitchen because we are able to have Publix groceries delivered and we can relax and eat meals in the condo and go out to eat only as frequently as we want to. This is definitely a getaway location good for families or couples and the a pool and slide area is fantastic for children. This is always our first go to location anytime we need to get away.

This was a nice unit, restaurant and facilities were clean and nice. The tv in master bedroom wasn't working but that wasn't a big deal. Plenty of towels and nice large shower.

My husband and I live in Florida so we decided to go away for the weekend and stay somewhere local. We decided to go to the Singer Island resort. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was beautiful and overlooking the ocean. This was hands down the best resort we have been to in Florida!
